ISD: Customer Support

We offer comprehensive and consistent solutions for all the needs around Customer Support.

We conduct studies of Reliability Availability Maintainability and Security (RAMS) for all types of systems whether they are electronic, mechanical or hydraulic.

Subsequently, we study the maintenance tasks required to optimize the availability of systems / equipment that we materialize in the form of a Maintenance plan.

Then our team of trainers builds the training program necessary to achieve the Maintenance Plan. This training program is developed based on pre-requisites as given by the future maintenance staff.
These courses can be taught using CAI tools such as our partner’s dynamic tool GVT.

Finally, the ISD teams are able to perform these maintenance operations both in France and worldwide.
